Architecture & Purpose

Patient Core is the patient-facing counterpart to Provider Core. It gives patients the same level of agency and accountability that providers have. Patients can manage consent, communicate securely with providers, and maintain sovereignty over their health records. It enforces the same trust model on the patient side -- no data leaves without explicit patient consent, all communications are encrypted end-to-end.
